Email Notification in timeout/step expiration scenario

Hello,

As you know, we have functionality to set up a time out expiration notification for different step in sap mdm workflow. My question is, if particular step exceed the permissible duration, will it send the notification once or it will keep sending the step expiration notification till the action is completed for that step?

Pls confirm

Hi sapmdmuser,

It will send only one time to all the assignes on the expiration of time assigned.

I agree with Sudhanshu, I also feel that It will send expiration message(notification) to assignees only once.
