Hi ,

We have QAS system where there are 4 different clients ( 100,200,320,700), when I imported customized request into one of the client 100. It is showing imported successfully with tick mark and in SLog, Logs it is showing imported. When i logged into 200 or 320 clients , it is showing same tick mark. But when i check slog it showing only imported to 100 client.

My question is why it is showing imported in all clients, but not showing in SLOG.

Hi,

If you are transporting any request in one client it will be transported in that client only. In your case since you have transported the request in the client 100 it will show in logs as transported in 100 only. Since you are having more than one client and request was transported in client 100, in other clients it will show tick mark if you have not checked the option "Request ready for import again"

If you want the changes of a customizing request to come into other clients you need to either use SCC1 to copy those changes in other clients. Otherwise you can also configure the extended transport groups which will automatically get the request to queues of each client and can be transported. For details you can check in help.sap.com with term extended transport management.

in the STMS logs for the transport does it only show import into client 00 ?

Yes, in Slog it is showing moved to 100 client only.
