Bond value

Dear All,

In J1IBN01, is it possible to enter the Bond value. I dont find any field over there to enter the value of a Bond.

If not in J1IBN01, where we need mention the Bond value?

Hi,

In J1IBN01, you have to enter the bond value.It is mandatory field.

Followings are the field which have to be filled during creation of bond in J1IBN01.

Plant

Bond Type

Bond no. as per Exc. Dept.

Bond value INR

Type of dispatch

Execution dt.

Dt. of expiry 31.03.2011

Bond current balance 0.00

Status

Surety

Is there any special reason to mention the expiry date of the bond as 31.03.2011.

Hi

Normally the validity period of a bond will be for 1 year.

As the Excise Year starts from April 1 to March 31

Hi Raja,

In J1IBN01 you have to select the bond type as FIXED or RUNNING then only you can be able to enter the Bond value.

If you select the bond type as LOUT then the system will not allow you to enter the bond value.

You have to select either FIXED or RUNNING as bond type
