Adding value in MDM destination file

Hi,

I am importing catalog into MDM import manager. I am trying add some more values to Desitnation values on Map fields/values.

i right clicked on Destination value and selected the "Add" button. this Add button is appear for only some of the attribute. not for all, what is the reason?
