Delay in Auto Approval

Hi experts,

We have an issue with auto approval activity in our SRM 7.0 system. We have activated auto approval for shopping cart, PO and contract in our system. After a document is created, it stays in u2018Awaiting Approvalu2019 status for a long time, sometimes a couple of hours. After that the document gets approved.

What could be the reason for this delay? All our workflow batch jobs are running and automatic customizing has all mandatory tasks in u2018Greenu2019.

Hi Experts,

This issue is fixed. This is a SRM 7.0 issue and SAP has released a note for this 1466930.

Changed the SWE2 settings as per this note.
