Hi Guru's
OUr user's sometimes by mistake enter the same ECC numbers (Table:J_1IMOCUST, Field: J_1IEXCD) for different customers.
As everyone knows the ECC numbers are unique for every customer.
So please suggest a method to avoid this.
Thanks & best regards

Search and refer SDN blog for ABAP : Making CIN tab fields Obligatory By Mr. Rama krishna S.
Take an ABAPer assist for the same.
Thanks & Regards

HI
In standard it is not possible.
Try to explore a user exit where you can write the logic that the same ECC number exists it should return with a error message.
try to build a logic so that at the time of saving the customer master it should check in the table for J_1IMOCUST, Field: J_1IEXCD
