As per requirement in the standard PLM 'Unable to change profit center field when profit center changes to match Sales order',

Profit center field read only once replication taken place.

Help me in this regards

I think you need to explain a bit more what you want to do. Do you want to change the way the SAP application works? Is this a Web Dynpro ABAP application? More details are defintely needed to maximize your possibilty that someone will be able to help you.
