Addition costs

Hello,

I'm a key-user of SAP but i have not a lot of experience, and I have a question about addition costs like freight cotsts etc.

(how can I arrange the freight costs?)

We have different of freight costs but we would like to make a start with one see below.

We would like to put them in SAP because now a lot of invoices are now rejected.

Where and how can I setup something like this.

It has something to do with scales but how can I add this?

Is it simple? Can you give me a hint (suggestion)

Also the freight costs must be seen on the order so the price of the item should not be recalculated.

If we order 1 pallet the transport )freightu2019 costs are u20AC 212,50

2 pallets = u20AC 275

3 pallets = u20AC 318,75

4 pallets = u20AC 350,00

5 pallets = u20AC 393,75

On 1 pallet are 46200 labels

Should I do it with condition type?

or is there a better way and what should I exactly do?

Hi,

Freight cost can be eaisly handled through SAP SD-Transportation wherein deliveries can be added in a shipment and later on shipment cost can be cleared through MIRO transaction.The cost for shipment may derived via transaportation pricing.

Hi,

Go to SPRO

Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Pricing->Pricing Control

Create a freight condition type, can follow SAP standard condition type 'GD03'

Additional tick amount/percent.

Assign your condition in Define and Assign Pricing Procedures

Add you condition type in the pricing procedures choose Acck as 'ERZ'.

When you maintain the price in VK11, please put the exact quantity and not in pallet. Go to scale to maintain the rest of the price.
