How to upload the Cataglog in to SRM

Hi,

Could you pls tell me, I want to upload the vender catalogs in to our SRM system, so for that what I have to do please advice.

are there any standrad tools or how?

Hi,

In order to use catalogs with the SRM system firstly you need to configure the catalogs call structure within the SPRO customizing settings:

-> SPRO

-> Supplier Relationship Management

-> SRM Server

-> Master Data

-> Define External Web Services

Here you can define the catalogs information that is needed for the SRM system to connect to it. An example Call Structure is:

20 USERNAME test Fixed Value

25 PASSWORD test124 Fixed Value

49 HOOK_URL Return URL

101 ~caller CTLG Fixed Value

103 ~OkCode ADDI Fixed Value

104 ~target _top Fixed Value

Then you need to assign the catalog to the users that you wish to have access to the catalog in PPOMA_BBP:

Under Attributes Tab enter in:

Catalog ID CAT VendorCatalog <<<--- this is the name the catalog is saved under the Web Service ID.

Then the userid should have access to the catalog.
