Incoming Inspection certificate

Dear Friends,

Recentally I have come across one scenario in which all required configuration settings are done to activate the incoming inspection certificate madatory. Even after that system's behave is :

1. At the time of GRN system is not showing any respose w.r.t quality certificate (though option is there in respective tab).

2. Inspection lot status is always "CROK" in every case.

I am unable to find the root cause, Pl. help..

Have you selected Certificate for each PO item ?

This will ask only once about Certificate & status of the lot always be CROK in this case.....

Hi,

I had tried with both possibilities i.e for every PO & every GR.

I feel this is some system related error. I had checked possibility of enhancement also.

cretate a new po and then check, may be it is not updated in that po

and

check the qm control key in quality view whether it is having certificate required indicator set.

some settings are required in certificate type in customising

Quality Management>QM in Logistics>>QM in Procurement>Define Keys for Certificate Processing>Define Certificate Types> select certificate type which u are using in material master

check box for 'No certificate confirmation at GR ' should not be set.

now if u confirm certicate at gr status will be crok

if no confirmation is done at gr status will be ctcm

Thanks for your response.

I had already maentioned that all required settings & masters are in place.

I had done this in many of my project, this is first time that even after all settings & masters system is behaving in different mode.

This is special case..

In customization maintain following

1.Certificate for each GR item

2.Certificate check require:--->without lot :Block stock ,with stock:Error msg

3.Enhanced proc

Apart from this maintain this certificate type in QM view along with Proc Tick
