Delivery error

Dear all

When i am doing delivery, the system is showing the following error.

Order cannot be delivered (see long text)

Message no. VL461

Diagnosis

Possible reasons include:

u2022 The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries do not allow the order to be delivered.

u2022 The order is blocked for delivery.

u2022 The order document is incomplete.

Procedure

u2022 Pay attention to any notes that may be recorded in the log.

u2022 You can display the copying requirements defined for this transaction in Customizing.

Please give the idea for me how do i solve this problem.

Hi

Kindly check in the order, if the Delivery block exists or not?

As per your error it says Order is blocked for delivery and Order status is incomplete.

1. Check the delivery block in the order .

2. Check incompletion log in the order.

Every thing is ok then check the copy controls from Order to Delivery in VTLA.

Let us know the status.

Asides from Prakash's checking, do check in tcode 0184 and check whether you got maintain the delivery item category determination correctly or not.

As already mention,

1. The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries, do not allow the order to be delivered. (probably not the case as it is a RE type order) TCODE VTLA

2. The order is blocked for delivery. (Most likely). Check Status Object in your I Cat or any delv block at sales order level

3. The order document is incomplete. (Probably not as you did not observe any msg while saving the order.), Check incompletion log.

4. Check Stock in TCODE MMBE.
