The ITS is used to execute transaction codes (from an R/3 system) in a web browser (IE or FF).

Its difficult to understand your query. Can you tell us exactly what you are tyring to do?
For ITS 6.20 standalone with i.e. R/3 Enterprise 4.7 the ITS WEBGUI URL would be
http://ITS_HOST:ITS_PORT/scripts/wgate/webgui/!
If you use SAP Netweaver 2004 or higher with integrated ITS WEBGUI URL would be
http://WAS_HOST:WAS_PORT/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?
