Hi friendz,
we face below mentioned issue in our SAP system
Ours is highly customized APO sustem and we fare using scm 4.1 version.
Many times the changes done in r/3 does not reflect imediately into APO system
when checked there are no blocked CIF queues. But after two days data reflects on its own
example SHIP to changed in R/3 in sale order reflect in APO after two days similar is the case with Sch agreement volume- GR done but qty in APO does not update immediately.
I have enough of CIF interface knowledge but could not trace anything in interface
can some one guide where to look or anybody faced such issues.

Hi,
Is /sapapo/ccr is a daily or weekly activity in your scenario?
You can control such events by increasing the frequency of
ccr checks.
Is CIF Post processing activatedin your scenario? Check is
there any records saved for CIF PP which has created this
issue.

Hi,
It would also be helpful if you can elaborate the approaches you have already taken so far to resolve this. However, have you checked C4, CIF postprocessing and if the update of data in APO coincides with manual CCR (or may be through background job).

Hi,
You can look into CFC* transactions.
These transsaction are generally for maintains the type and amount of data transafer from the R/3 side to APO side. These transactions will also tell you the Queue settings that you have used.
The common transactions you can see is CFC1, CFC2, CFC3 and CFC9. But you can look at other CFC transactions as well.
Pls. award points if useful.

Hi,
Please have a look at OSS note 436687 ( Collective note: Performance APO Integration).
This OSS note gives tips for analyzing performance problems.
