commitment budget

Hi all

I have created service PO against wbs of amount rs 1000/- . Then created entry sheet of taking quanty 0.8 qty amount 800/-.

In S_ALR_87013558 - report , actual consumption showing 800 but commitment budget showing ZERO. Due to this assigned value in cj31 or other report showing only 800 instead of 1000.

Availability control active on ++

what is the possibility?

Is your Service entry sheet quantity same as PO Quantity? Check on the Quantity.

Entry sheet qty is 0.8 and PO qty is 1

Hi Srikant ,

Check your Unit of measure .If it is other than AU than commitment will reduce on quantity basis & not on value basis.

Unit of measure for service po is EA(Each).

Thanks for your reply.

Commitment of other PO is showing in report.

Particullary for this and other two PO, remaining commitment after actual posting of cost showing ZERO.
