CIF Queue Error

Hi,

In APO for the inbound queues are displayed using Tcode SMQ2. but unable to see the queues in queue manager(/sapapo/cq)

any specific reason for this, kindly answer,

Hi Dhanush,

Check the RFC connection settings.

Also in the initial screen of cq transaction, check all

the check boxes under systems, provide the

system names, plug in types, etc., and execute

Also ask the basis team to check the connections are

proper

Hi,

What selections you are entering in /sapapo/cq. Sometimes queues may be in waiting or ready status and not with error. In this case if you select option "only show blocked queues" (which is default) then it will not show other queues.

Otherwise these 2 transactions are always consistent.

Hi Vaibhav,

The error/faulty queues are displayed in SMQ1 but are not displayed in the /SAPAPO/CQ..i made the selection to display the faulty queues.
