We have two employees that have left the our company and I therefor want to block their business partner from being selectable on an SLFN support ticket.
Please advise how this is possible?

Hello,
In transaction BP you can set your Business Partner to 'Central Block' = 'X'. If someone tries using the BP an error will be generated in CRM Tikckets; and the person will not be able to move ticket from a status to another

Why dont you go ahead and delete those business partners if they have already left the company? You can delete the business partners using the transaction BUPA_DEL.
