How to inspect Service order receipt

Hi,

We create service order which is billed on hourly basis. How can we inspect this. What are different options.

can you give some more details about the req.

what you want to inspect and are you planning capture actual inspection results?

Like repair, cleaing, painting etc

I had posted in MM also and received info like,

Check and reply pl.

It says when we create Service entry sheet and donot click on accept button, it creates a line entry just like movement 103 to block stock w/o matl/ accout docs. Now we should do inspection and complete SES which is same as 105 movement.

I checked in another reply where it mentions we can create inspection lot for the same.

Pl reply if we maintain inspection type 103 in MM and maintain plan. will it create lot for the same

Hi Srividya,

If your considering the equipment service order you can assign the pm order to insp type 14

use inspn point for equipment 300 assign inspn char to maint task list: ia05.

Use long term inspection and inspection point to record hourly basis recording on inspection lot.
