Hello,

The front office process is uaually called from the Action Box in CIC0 or from the navigation area data environment.

Customizing under SAP Utilities -> Customer Service -> Front Office -> Define Front Office Processes.

Please see the following link for more information:

HI Khan,

The FOP needs to be executed directly from the screen.

You assign the FOP to a transaction in the Actionbox via EWFC0.

Perhaps a worflow would be more suited to the functionality you require:

I hope this is helpful

Thanks for you reply , following is the requirement on which i am working :

For Reconnection notification:

For Example : When i close my service notification, it will ask me a decision that you want to create a reconnection order or not if yes , create the Reconnection order then process end .

For Move In Notification:

Similarly if , after closure of Service notification it will ask that you want to move in cutomer or not , if yes then it will go to Move in trasaction then after move in , directly take to installation etc ..

Thanks

Hi,

OK so I think it may be a workflow that would suit best:

Create Reconnection Order (Workflow) (ISUREC12)
