HI All,
I am having central integration server is in 001 client I am configuring alerts in 100 client and I am unablel to capture the alerts in alert inbox. so My question is if I create alerts in 100 client I can see message in AlterInbox or I have to do it in 001 client only.

your alerts need to be configured in your integration server.

Configure alert in central integration server client 001 .Then you will be able to see alert category in Alert inbox of Runtime work bench.

if 100 and 001 are not cross client, then you need to do settings for 001 and 100 both separately. check with basis team , r dey cross client or not..
