Country of Origin US - Printing Error

Hi SAP GURU's

IN OY01 Define countries has a feild named address layout key for EU european countries its 001

While printing the SMARTFORM the prints F-1112 for country france.

I know the address layout key can be changed , but this is not a valid solution as this might cause other transaction issues.

Whats is the best possible way to tackle this

Also SAP uses standard ISO codes to print EU countries Address which is F-1111

Howerver the Help F1 in the address key layout says if the Display country foreign indicator is ticked then the country will be displayed in the Address...However this also not hapenning

What is the use of the feild " Display country name"
