get failed with SXI_CACHE

Hello expert,

I executed the tcode sxi_cache in copied client 100,

then system throwed error like

com.sap.aii.ib.server.abapcache.CacheRefreshException: Receiver EX1CLNT100 is not an ABAP business system >= 7.10 and therefore has no cache

what's the reason, i have configurated the sxmb_adm, added business system in sld and adjust the exchangeProfile,

what else should i do

Hello!

Check for the correct configuration on your SLD side.

You may refer to transaction code SLDCHECK and also

go to Technical Systems in your SLD to check the components

there.

Also check for the associations of your Integration Server and

the correct pipeline URL from your business system created.

Thanks ,Vaijay G,

now lastest ID information could be imported into IS,

but i update IP information , the cache is yellow status.

why?

sxi_cache is always displaying following status

@09@ Cache content is being refreshed
