Use the Import Manager to connect to the port in exception. It'll tell you what's wrong with the file.

Hi,

Please also check the log files. it will give you more details about the exception.

Kindly revert with the result.

Hi,

Structural exception comes only when source file improper format or source file doesn't match with your XSD schema describe in inbound port, So i would suggest just check inbound port setting which XSD file you are using and make sure source header line definition

Hi Satnam

It would be very difficult to pinpoint reasons for exception failures unless some more details are shared like log info.

On the fly I would suggest to Verify->Check the MDM 7.1 reposiotry first and check the xml schema files has been properly imported. You can delete the xml schema files from console and re add them and see if the problem still persist. Try this for atleast 1 schema file.

Verify->check will give you more clear ideas if the xml schema files has been corrupted.

Thanks-Ravi

Hi Satnam

As suggested please delete 1 of the XML Schemas and reload it again in MDM 7.1 and see if it works.

Thanks again-Ravi
