No Logs generated for Seeburger VAN-FTP adapter.

Hi,

I have configured a Seeburger VAN-FTP adapter. The adapter is in status active and the channel has been activated.

However, I donot see any kind of log messages related to the VAN FTP adapter in:

a. The Runtime workbench or

b. The Seeburger workbench or

c. NWA Logs(Java Logs)

RWB displays only a message saying "the adapter has been started"

Seeburger Workbench does not display any messages with regard to VAN FTP.

I have enabled message dumping for VAN-FTP adapter, but as of now, have no authorizations to access the dump.

Can I not view VAN FTP logs in RWB or Seeburger workbench?

Am I missing something here?

Hello

Check note #1382736 Creating the trace for SEEBURGER 2.x adapter on PI7.1. You need to configure logging for the Seeburger adapters.

If you are on a different PI release, check the Seeburger Master Installation Guide (section Configuring the Logging).
