Hi,
After the configuration of RCA, we are able to get statistics in wily EM and SOLMAN_WORKCENTER.
How to configure to get e-mail alerts if some threshhold values reach some point for RCA. Can we configure e-mail alerts from wily EM side.
Please let me know. What i think CCMS agents can do this, but i am not sure of wily alerts as we need live data alerts.
