WM Direct consignement to unrestriced posting - IM-411 K

Hi All,

I have created a stock determination rule (first own than vendor consignment) and successfully assigned. Also a posting change (909) has been defined for IM-411-K movement type. The WM transfer order is correctly determining the consignment stock (source) and the interim storage type (e.g. 150 for KANBAN replenishment or 916 outbound deliveries) as destination.

But the consignment-to-unrestricted posting changes within WM need to be done via LQ02 (RLLQ0200) and LQ01 (RLLQ0100). Is there a possibility that these positing changes are automatically/directly done (instead of manually or via batch-job)?

The goal is to directly execute all WM-postings (and afterwards the related IM-posting ; e.g. 411-K and 601 for delivery and 411-K and 313 for KANBAN replenishment) at the time the transfer order is being confirmed by the user.

Example:

Transfer order (special stock K) of KANBAN replinishment:

WM-Movement-type 350

From: Storage type 001 / Bin 01-02-03

Destination: Storage type 150 / Bin KANBAN

Stock after confirmation of the transfer order

150 KANBAN K 30.000

=> After the confirmation of the transfer order there is no open PCN (e.g. LU04) or transfer requirement left

How can I realize that the consignemt-to-unrestriced postings are done within WM and IM at the time the confirmation is set for the transfer order?

Sorry, first I didn't get what you want.

You can trigger certain IM movement by WM PCN, please check following settings:

During this procedure, the system always executes the posting change in the WMS and in MM-IM simultaneously. If errors should occur in one of the two systems, the system does not execute the posting change.

However, you cannot use this for material staging and picking for outbound deliveries, you can only change the stock type / special stock segment:

You can implement this posting change procedure for the following posting change activities:
Changes to the stock status between quality inspection stock, blocked stock, and unrestricted-use stock 
Changes to the stock status between consignment stock and your companyu2019s own restricted-use stock 
Changes to the stock status between sales order stock and your companyu2019s own stock 
Changes to the stock status between project stock and your companyu2019s own stock.

So, I think you may have to apply to development if you want to realize your idea.
