Hi experts

I am in SRM 5.0 classic scenario and I have a problem, I need replicate requisitions from R/3 to SRM and all shopping carts created must go to SOCO, but the system check availabilit of materials in R/3 and try to create reservations and do not go to soco.

How can I deactivate availability check and send all shopping carts to soco?

Thanks

Nilson

Hi Lauren Liu

Thanks for your reply but it's not work, I have made it and even if the configuration is done the shopping carts do not go to soco if the quantity in R/3 is higher than in the shopping cart.

Hi Nilson

How the requisions are create din your system and how they are ordering

for example PM Order - as what item category - Stock or NON STOCK.

Upon the item category - STOCK OR NON STOCK

Purchase request or Reservations will be created.

Hi

now PR created means you can transfer to SRM or you can create a PO in ECC

if you have valid source of supply PO can be created in ECC without venturing to SRM .

since procurement profile set for your purchase request and this PR will be transfered to SRM as a shopping cart .

are you finding difficulty to transfer this PR to SRM - give more details.

since you are saying that you want to transfer this PR to SR means?

PM ORDER /PS ORDER/ APO DEMANDS determines PURCHASE REQUEST or RESERVATIONS upon the inventory configuration .

now you said the output came as Purchase request so it needs to be procured externally .

what is the item category of the purchase request ?

What is the problem are you facing to convert into SC or PO ?

Hi

are you geting any error while transfering PR to SC?

Is SC created successfully.

what is the error in SLG1 -srm?

OR smq1 in ECC

can you see your shopping cart in the monitor sc transaction ?

PR to SC and PO only.

WHAT IS THE SETTING EXISTS IN define backend object systems?

Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations,

You perform this step only if you create your Materials Management documents in a backend system.

You specify the documents that are to be created in the backend system for a requirement coverage request.

The following documents can be created:

Purchase requisition

Purchase order

Reservation

I think settings might stops you.

But this decision is very importnat at business level and upon your business process.
