NWDS - Cannot edit after Reverting to Older Version

Former Member

Hi Experts,

I reverted a java code to its older version thru Revision History and then "Sync to this version".

But after that I cannot edit the java code anymore.

The Edit menu from the DTR right click is disabled now.

Can you please help me how to edit after reverting to old code?

Thank you very much sir/madam.

You can only edit the last version. If you want to revert to an older version of your code to go on from there, you'll have to sync to that older version (like you did), then copy the source code, sync to the last version and paste the copied code.

Thanks for your help sir.

Its just odd that NWDS dont have a simple feature for doing that task,

and very much not like the other java editors.
