How to clear UWL Cache for a group of users in portal level . Only some users are getting the problem rather than all users ,so we want to clear cashe for those users .

Hi,

You can clear the cache by following the below path:

Log on to portal ->System Administration -> System Configuration -> Universal Worklist & Workflow u2192 Universal Worklist Administration u2192 Universal Worklist Cache Admin(Clear the Cache)

Will it clear the cache for all the users or for some of them?

Will it affect portal performance?

Are there any known issues with it?
