Hi,
I am part of the BO XI 4 Beta testing team. I have installed the server component . But I am not able to login to the CMC. The following is the error when I login with the administrator user id
Error: Server <server>:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null
If anyone has faced similiar error , please revert.

Can you check your Database listener is working or not?
We have got this error and found that the Bussines Object database is running fine but the listener is not up. So we have start the listerner. Then restart the application server.
To check the Listerner: ( Operating System: AIX 5.3, Database: Oracle 10g, Listerner Name: LISTENER)
su - oracle
$lsnrctl
LSNRCTL> status
Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=your_hostname)(PORT=.....))
TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00511: No listener
IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 79: Connection refused
LSNRCTL> start
Now Restart the Application server: (Application Server UserName : boe, user's home: /home/boe)
#su - boe
$pwd
/home/boe/
$cd bobje
$pwd
/home/boe/bobje
$ls
startservers
stopservers
tomcatshutdown.sh
tomcatstartup.sh
$stopservers
Stopping all...
Stopping SIA...
$tomcatshutdown.sh
$tomcatstartup.sh
$startservers
Starting all servers...
Starting SIA...

Hi,
Check the services if BOBJ is running.
This error mean that your server is down and you need to start it again / enable it.
Since you cannot log on to CMC to check the server I would say go to BOBJ CCM Central Configuration Manager and check if every thing is running there.
