VBO2 screen change for Manual Accruals

Hi Gurus,

I have requirement where in I need to change th screen of Accrue in VBO2 tcode.

Requirement is as follows:

When ever I press accrue button after entering into VBO2 tcode, I need to add a new field called Max. Amount in immediately next to accrual to post. Kindly let me know if this can be done through Configuration?

Hi,

Your requirement is not clear.However if you want to see also the maximum amount which can be credited than press the "Pay" button.

Requirement is as follows:

I need to add the new field called "MAX Amount' in the ACCRUE screen in VBO2 tcode.

This field is now available in PAY and should be made available in Accrue also.

Please let me know if this can done through config?

Hi Vijaya,

The accrue option is for manual accrual and system would not be able to determine the Max value at this time logicaly because the documents for the validity periods may be created in future.

The max amount is relevant only when you would go for the payment/settlement of rebate.
