Business Connector issue

we have created service in BC ,when we call these

service from withn java code ,we get response

back,that generally we get ,when i compile code in

java in dos prompt,but customer is claiming that,he's

not getting any output ,even he's using java code,and

he's expecting output in html format . i don't know

why they are not getting any output,they are getting

blank html page

Please explain your scenario a little more in detail and also what is the functionality of the java code?

HI

We have created service in Business connector that will

use BAPI to create sales order,when passing data from

stand alone java code to these Service ,we are getting result back ,but when customer is triggering their Java

code ,they are getting blank HTML page,difference bettween

their java code and our code is that ,their code will

get output in HTML format,but our in DOS command, i don't

have much knowelge in java ,hence can't understand why

they are not getting output in HTML format,when we get

same output in DOS prompt
