Certificate profile for different inspection lot

Hi QM gurus!

I got a new requirement of creating a certificate to display all the characteristics.

The problems i am facing here are: They are using batch numbers nowhere.

And the inspection lots are different for characteristics.

But the output should contain the results of all the characrteristcs from the certificate profile for delivery.

What kind of settings to be changed to get this. and is this setting already exist or should I go for customized one?

The system will only pick one inspection lot to draw results from. It cannot use more than one. There is no standard functionality with config the would handle this. You would have to design your own solution. It might be possible to utilize some user exits maybe to solve the issue, but its very hard to say without understanding all the details behind the requirement. Which lots to be used, how far to go back to look, should manually create lots be considered? Resinspection? etc etc.. how would this all affect future uses of SAP? etc..

I would do some serious revaluating of this requirment before proceeding.
