Hi all,
I am trying to configure diagnostics on the Production SolMan system using SOLMAN_SETUP.
I believe all services, piece lists and BC sets are activated as per the wizard.
When I click on the open URL button for Diagnostics configuration it tries to open a webdynpro page on another port.
So our Http service is active on port 8001 and this page tries to open on port 8101 and nothing displays.
If I change the port to 8001 (instead of 8101) in the URL, it displays the error below:
I want to be able to at least open the configuration page or access http://<solman>:port/smd or /index but nothing loads or same error.
Please help,
-Rohan

Hi Rohan,
What is your system number?
Check whether your Initial configuration and Basic Configurations are successfully finished.
Check your service is active in SICF.. I am not sure about the correct navigation.
Check..Basic Configurations>Automatic Configuration>Diagnostics Configuration>Open URL>
In the new URL which is opened -- check the ITS port and match with your URL port.
Cheers
