Download SAP Business One 8.8

I trying to Download SAP Business One 8.8 PL10 form SAP Download Manager. But it say's unable to read data from the SAP Service Marketplace. Check your settings and try again. Please guide me how can i download.

if all the efforts to downlaod the software falls in vain then i would request toy is to please contact sap india or whahever country u are from and they might provide you with the software in dvd or they may help u in solving ur problem

The server websmp205.sap-ag.de at SAP Service Marketplace requires a username and password.Plz ccontact to ur super Administrator for Licence. Hope it helps u.

Iam already using SAP Download Manager to downlaod. But still iam getting same error.
