Message no. KWUI056 and SKWF_SDOKERRS002

Dear All,

I am trying to upload the word document to UC with file extn as .docx, its 2007 OS. While uploading the file system is showing the msg as "The file name extension does not correspond to the MIME type application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.word

Message no. KWUI056" and Message no. SKWF_SDOKERRS002

Even after this msg some times the file will upload and some times it will not.

I followed the below thread adn made the changes accordingly, but still problem exists.

Looking for help from u guys.

Hi,

SPRO->SAP Customizing Implementation Guide->SAP NetWeaver->Knowledge Management->Settings in the Knowledge Warehouse System->Document Management Service->Define MIME Type for File Name Extension -add entry like docx.
