problem with data cache after system refresh

Hi All,

Recently we have refreshed PI 7.1 Quality system with the sandbox system and we are facing problem with the data cache in the Quality system...The quality data cache is showing the quality cache as well as sand box cache....here is the output

Hi Revanth,

As mentioned your QA system is pointing to Sandbox, this will occur due to wrong configuration. Please contact the BASIS team regarding the issue.

Small correction sandbox is refresh with quality system.,

We have done the needful in the Exchange Profile as still the quality system data caches pointing to the sandbox ..

OK. I understand that the sandbox is refreshed with the Quality system.

This occurs because of wrong configurations in the exchange profile.

Ensure with your BASIS team whether the configurations are done correctly. And after, do a cache refresh and check the results..
