We mant to monitor my standalone database in CI. Do we need to install both SAPCCMSR and SAPOSCOL.

Your question is not clear.... what do you want to monitor? Are you talking about a DB other than the SAP one?
Well if you have a CI in the box then SAPOSCOL will be running already (as it should)...

Our database sever is insatlled in a seperate box
If you want to monitor it via SAP CCMS, than you have to install indeed the saposcol and sapccmsr agent..
