Portal activity reporting is blank under RCA

Hi,

I am on Solman SPS22, LMSERVICE SP06 patch2.

and the satellite system pre-requisites and definition in SMSY are correct, also the MDX PARSER RFC is wrking fine.

any idea on why is the Portal activity reporing is blank, while i get data under all the other tabs.

Also, the agent application .log file shows the below warning

"PadcService@1cbd1cbd: file portalActivity_6057051_1278074505498.txt could not be deleted"

but i could not find the file in the satellite system.

Hi Rajeev,

yes we have all the notes in place.

Any other suggestions ?

There are no errors logged in the log files, when i check immediately after clicking on the portal activity reporting tab.
