Confirmation for inactive employee

Hi Experts,

We are using SRM 5.0 classic scenario and performing goods confirmation from SRM system only. We are having issue confirming goods for inactive employee who left the organization. I tried to use transaction "Goods/Services Centrally" (BBPSC03) but i am getting error "Partner 00012121" not found with partner function type Goods Recipient".

Please advise how you perform confirmation for inactive employees using SRM system.

You can try one report in test system first. Use it to replace the deleted Business partner with the active business partner and proceed the application . I will send you the report. but I didnt find your mail address from your businesscard .

Ravi : I solved teh problem by doing below step.

- Maintain entry for BBP_PD 005 BUS2203. Tick switch off.

- Now switch off the message from configuration (For BUS2203). (Supplier Relationship Management -> Cross-Application Basic Settings ->Message Control ->Influence Message Control

i thibk in srm it is not possible since user has been left.

Hi Muthu,

Thanks for reply. So you are saying it is not possible at all to perform goods reciept for inactive employees from SRM. That is very strange. If we can perform it in ECC then should be able to perform from SRM. There should be some report/program which change bussiness partner/Goods reipient.

try this

send to mail to business id.you can write a program . but not recommended .

SAP says close all the docuements before we do inactivate /deleteusers .since user info are related with all business objects till SRM 550

Hi Raj,

The follow on documents should be closed before user deletion or the buyer should change requistioner name. Even i also got same issue, system will not allow you to do confirmation, but we are in ECS, so i requested our Buyer to change PO in SRM .i.e adding active new Goods recipient and requisitioner in PO. other only option we have to do MIGO in SAP. Let me know if u find any solution in Classic
