Deployed .EAR file from one server to another server

Hi Experts,

I have few webdynpro java components which are already deployed in the J2ee server(Production), i want take those .EAR files from production system and deploy them into Dev, Qas systems.

Can we do that , if so how can we do that ?

Yes, We can deploy it but before deploying it please check all the systems having the same SP levels

Hi ,

You can deploy the .ear files into SDM using Visualadmin by clicking on deploy.

Login into Visual ADMIN->-->services --> deploy --> click on deploy and start->

If you want to do any enhancements to the exisitng application.I think its not the recommended way.

What you can do is create a new track and chaneg the runtime systems to new server.
