Hi There,
Could any body please let me know usage or advantage of SWI5,SWI6 and SWIA in workflow with examples.
Appreciate your early action
Hello,
SWI6 is the transaction to be able to see all WFL log of a determined document (all WFL instances).
SWI1 is the transaction to de a determined Work item log.
SWI5 is more used on backend WFL (ECC). But is for see all set of WI. At SRM I particularly don't use it.
Here you have more information: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/EN/9b/572614f6ca11d1952e0000e82dec10/frameset.htm
SWIA is for administration purpose. Here you can close a WI or forward it to other approval (agent) for example.
I hope it clarifies you,
Thanks,
Melina
