PM Authorization Objects

Hi colleagues!

On our SAP ISU project there is a strong definition that all the users can display Service Orders of any type without restrictions., but a group of users will have the permission to change a set of order types.

So, the problem I am getting is that I have to assign to this group of users the permission to display all order types, but only to change some order types. When assigning the roles (one to display, other to change) to this group of users, the users get permission to change all order types (becase SAP checks that users have the autorziation to change - for the second role - and have the authorization for all order types - for the first role).

Is there anyway to avoid this situation? Have anyone faced this problem before? Any piece of information will be very helpful.

Thank you very much in advance,

Best Regards,

LUCAS

Dear friend,

if you want one set of users should have only display authorization, create separate role for dispaly users and separate role for change users.

or else youcan go for single role for single user, inthis you can set as per user requirement.

Single role for single user helps you a lot in authorization control.here you can set specific control sover single user.
