Dunning levels

Hi,

We have dunning levels 1(4 days),2(15 days),3(34 days),5(49 days). and Level 5 creating disconnection document. Now we have 2 more dunning levels which is 6(64 days), 7(94 days) for only applying dunning charges.

But i maintained these levels in dunning procedure, but still not picking any data,. dunning proposals seems empty. Please guide me.

Regards,

Sunitha

Hi,

You should create an empty activity, sush as, FKK_SAMPLE_0350_ACTVT, and then add this activity to the levels that only have to create the dunnign charges.

Hi , there might be various reasons have you checked the amount limits for the open items to qualify for next level, frequency , activity related criteria like credit worthy points ...

thanks,

VR

Hi,

There can be multiple reasons for which items are not proceeding to the next duning level.

However, when the item reaches level 5 (disconnection), and a disconnection document is created and a move out has happened.

Just check whether there is seperate dunning procedure for treating the move-out customers.

Thanks,

Amlan

Hi

The problem is likely to be with the disconnection document. Try to debug the FPVA run for event 0302 to find out what is the reason to skip your open items
