CIF Threshold Automation

Hi All,

Would appreciate if someone could provide inputs on how we can create a CIF Alert emailed or SMS in a situation wherein the number of entries goes beyond say 3000 in /sapapo/cq.

This alert would be useful in automating the CIF monitoring wherein the CIF Administrator can log in the system probably during odd hours based on a email message or an SMS alert and probably act on reducing the numbers or rather investigate the reasons for this increase in entries beyond 3000.
