Hi
We are upgrading from SRM 3.5 to 5.0 and have this issue with this Missed Deadline message in the Enterprise Buyer Inbox.
Having clicked on the missed deadline message, BWWI_EXECUTE transaction is called to display the workitem screen with the usual back/cancel buttons for SAPGui on HTML.
-
However, when clicking on the back/cancel button, a HTTP 404 error occurs:
URL http://<server>/sapcz1TSUQlM2FBTk9OJTNhRURCQVhEMDRfQ
kQyXzAwJTNhSFNqTjdsYzFtLU9INXU1cTdhVjh3Tkttd1VsWGJURW
FGVG5uWkg_BW02_1400-CHOICE=BAIN_~okcode=WORK call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Note
The termination occurred in system <XXX> with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.
The selected virtual host was 0 .

Checking on BW02_1400 template, which belongs to internet service BBPBWSP, we find that BBPBWSP is published (SE80) and active (SICF). Can anyone help us find out why the cancel and back buttons no longer leads us back to the inbox like in our previous implementation in SRM 3.5?
<u>On a seperate note:</u>
Once inside the workitem screen, clicking on other weblinks eg. Enterprise Buyer Inbox will result in SAP exclusive lock on the object (table name SWWWIHEAD) seen in SM12 This stops us from entering the inbox missed deadline message again. Is there any way to not lock the workitem if the user uses other weblinks to exit the workitem screen? This problem does not occur in the old SRM 3.5 implementation.
Thank you
