Restricting access to "Repeat Output" Button in TRansaction VF02

Hello Experts,

I am looking for some guidance in how to go about restricting access to the button "Repeat Output" in Transaction VF02. To get to this Button in Transaction VF02 ( Select from the Tope menu, Goto -> Header -> Output). Is there a way to Hide this button or make it inactive.

Hi,

You can ask your Basis team's help in doing this. I think you can create an authorization object which can restrict the access to the 'Repeat Output' Button. Then Assign it only to the users who should not be given an authorization to do a repeat output.

You can try to create a screen variant using SHD0 to disable the button. Hopefully it can be done.
