PC 3.0 SP6 u2013 test result and issue status are blank

Hi experts

I have an job monitor issue in PC3.0, when the job find some exceptions the system should return a u201Cfailu201D status (test result) and u201Csubmitu201D(issue status) to control owner, now these columns are empty, and nothing in CTRL owneru2019s work inbox.
