When I use CV for the schedule line category, I am unable to create schedule lines with a zero confirmed quantity; they get deleted. I want the zero confirmed qty line (first line) to stay in the system because it tells me what the customer originally wanted, which I can use to measure responsiveness. So for example:
schedule line 1
Del Dt = 10.20.2010
Ord Qty = 15
Conf Qty = 0
cat. = CV
Schedule line 2
Del Dt = 10.23.2010
Ord Qty = 0
Conf Qty = 15
cat. = CV
In the above example, the non-responsiveness days = 3. With 'CP' schedule line category, ATP will create the two lines OK. But if ATP fails and I need to create manually with 'CV' lines, the zero qty line gets deleted.
Is there any configuration (or methods) that would allow me to keep the first schedule line in this scenario? Thanks in advance.
Hello Colleague;
In Standard the schedule lines cateogory CV is activated for 'Req./Assembly' and 'Availability'.
Please, make this adjust and re-test you process.
