My client wants to implement Customer Loyalty Program in CS , kindly if you have any process idea or good document other than a help link that will realy helpful.

Go to SPRO transaction -> Loyalty programs -> define business
processes. Create and event to give points to a client at the moment to get him
into the loyalty program.
Definition: loyalty program
Customer Service (IS-U-CS)
Program organized by a company. A loyalty program consists of a series of business events; these determine the points that the company grants. Loyalty points are awarded to customers who can redeem their points for merchandise from participating suppliers.

Thanks for your answer, i will appreciate if you can tell me the process and what is offered by the loyalty program in sap i have to create a feasibilty that how much time it will take what are the pre-requsites and process,
As far as i understand :
we have royality program , than we have account on which we entered the redemption points, and these are on the bases of contract account my client is also willing to do this on the bases of BP can it will be possible.
And if you can also hight some thing on integeration point in the process .
I will appreciate ....
