Netweaver - hang - at RFC configuration save

Hi Netweaver Admin

I have a weird problem. When I tried to save an RFC configuration, the NWA hang. Using SAP Management Console we see that the RFC is being delployed "status Starting". It does not change after many many hours. We always need to rollback (with older snapshot).

The reason behind it was because under Property "MaxReaderThreadCount", if the value is 100, the system hang. I changed to to 1, then it works.

No clue. Any idea?

Is it that a very high value(i.e. 100) is eating away your system resources and hence leading to a hang situation ?

I have read the document before and previously I have it 100, it worked. And I saw in other thread, others are using 100 /200 .
